Exciting news for SSA Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as Independent Solutions. I am excited to announce effective from 1st July 2019, that Independent Solutions became part of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), through its Vela Software Operating Group division. As part of the acquisition, Independent Solutions will operate as an independent company within Vela Australia and we will continue to service all our current customers across Australia and Asia-Pacific regions.

What does this mean for you? It will be business as usual but business beyond usual.
